A century of history, reawakened.

The cornerstone was laid in November 1899. The building housed St. Augustine Academy until 2016, when a Canadian developer commissioned its careful adaptation into apartments.

Local firm Harris A. Sanders Architects led the restoration, with interiors by Kool Instincts of New York.
